Mindfulness mentoring offers a compassionate, personalised space to explore mindfulness practices in a way that works for you. I offer one-to-one sessions designed with neurodivergent people in mind—respecting sensory sensitivities, communication preferences, and energy levels. Together, we co-create a supportive and flexible approach that honours your lived experience, whether you're completely new to mindfulness or looking to deepen an existing practice. Sessions can include gentle guidance, trauma-sensitive techniques, and practical ways to weave mindfulness into daily life.
This is a friendly, low-pressure space for us to meet and see if my mindfulness approach is the right fit for your journey. There is no obligation to book a course or class.
