"I like the group dynamics. You were really honest and you didn't judge. We could be honest too; we could say 'that did not work for me this week' and learn from it." — Previous Course Participant
This is a friendly, low-pressure space for us to meet and see if my mindfulness approach is the right fit for your journey. There is no obligation to book a course or class.
I have tailored this course to be more inclusive by incorporating research, expert advice, and, most importantly, insights and tips from neurodivergent individuals themselves. The goal is to create a space where mindfulness practices can be approached flexibly and with consideration of different needs.
During the sessions we take part in mindfulness practices, group discussions, and a very small amount of teaching (with power points). The course is designed to be experimental, so we will learn by doing, rather than being taught.

Neuro-Affirming Psychoeducation: deep dives into Autistic Burnout, the metabolic cost of Masking, Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria (RSD), and Executive Function fatigue.

Executive Function Friendly: 1 hour 45-minute sessions designed to manage cognitive load, with a "low-demand" participant workbook.
A Safety-First Environment: Camera-optional sessions, no forced participation, and a trauma-sensitive approach managed by a medical professional.
Energy Accounting: Learn to manage your "Spoons" and recognize your nervous system’s "Amber Zone" before reaching shutdown.
