These sessions offer a gentle, evidence-based, and flexible way to explore mindfulness in a supportive online environment. Whether you are Autistic, have ADHD, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, or any other form of neurodivergence, you are welcome here exactly as you are.
A Low-Demand Space
Total Agency: Join with your camera on or off; speak or stay silent. Participate in whatever way feels regulated and right for you.
Accessible Practices: I lead short, sensory-aware meditations and reflections that can be easily integrated into a busy or neurodivergent life.
Clinically Informed: These sessions are trauma-sensitive and designed to honour neurodivergent nervous systems.
Zero Commitment: Come once, occasionally, or every week. This is a "no-pressure" community.
