Initial Consultation & Contracting (30 mins): * Supported: £20 | Standard: £40 | Supporter: £60
Single 60-Minute Session: * Supported: £50 | Standard: £75 | Supporter: £100
Block Booking (4 Sessions): £270 (Saving £30). (8 Sessions): £520 (Saving £80). Recommended for establishing a sustainable, long-term practice.

Community-Supported Learning

8-Week Neuro-Affirming Mindfulness Course

A £50 booking fee is required to secure your place, which will be deducted from your total balance.

Supporter Rate (£350+): For those with stable income who wish to help subsidize places for others.
Standard Rate (£295): Covers the actual cost of the 8-week course.
Supported Rate (£50–£150): For those on a low income or receiving benefits.
Instalment Plan: Spread your chosen rate across manageable monthly payments.
Bespoke Arrangement: Please contact me to discuss a payment plan that works for you.

Weekly Drop-in Sessions

Current Course Participants: Free.
Community Members: By donation (£5 suggested).

Mindfulness Supervision

Professional supervision for teachers, with a focus on inclusive and adapted mindfulness.

30 Minutes: £25
60 Minutes: £50

Reduced rates are available for those providing not-for-profit sessions—please ask.

Equitable Access (Sliding Scale)

A Commitment to Inclusivity

I recognize that financial barriers often prevent neurodivergent individuals from accessing specialized support. I offer a limited number of "Solidarity" slots where higher-tier payments directly fund lower-cost access for the community.

Access to Work (AtW) Funding

If you are employed or self-employed in the UK, your 1-to-1 mentoring or courses may be eligible for 100% funding through the Government's Access to Work grant. This can cover specialist support to help you stay in or return to work.

Professional Policies

Secure Payments: All transactions are processed securely via Stripe. I accept all major credit cards and Amazon Pay.
Cancellation Policy: To protect clinical time, I require 48 hours' notice for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged at the full rate.
Receipts & Invoices: Automated receipts are provided for all transactions. Formal invoices for insurance or tax purposes are available upon request.
