I offer specialist mindfulness supervision for teachers and trainees who want to deepen their teaching practice and support the diverse needs of their participants—particularly neurodivergent individuals.
Mindfulness supervision is a collaborative, supportive process that nurtures both your personal mindfulness practice and your professional development. It’s a space for reflective inquiry, ethical exploration, and compassionate growth, rooted in the principles of mindfulness itself.
Who I Work With:
Mindfulness teachers and trainees seeking skilled, grounded supervision
Neurodivergent mindfulness teachers looking for a supervisor who understands their lived experience
Teachers adapting mindfulness programmes to meet the needs of neurodivergent participants
Organisations designing or delivering inclusive mindfulness-based courses
What Supervision Offers:
Reflective Space – Explore your teaching and practice with curiosity, care, and depth.
Inclusive Expertise – Get guidance on adapting language, delivery, and structure for accessibility and neurodiversity.
Personal Practice Integration – Investigate how your own practice informs your teaching and presence.
Ethical Grounding – Consider ethical questions and teaching integrity in a supportive space.
Professional Growth – Develop confidence, creativity, and resilience as a mindfulness practitioner.
Supervision sessions are available via Zoom or phone, offering flexibility and ease of access wherever you're based. I offer sessions at a rate of £25 per half hour, and work within recognised frameworks of mindfulness-based supervision. My approach is trauma-sensitive, inclusive, and grounded in years of experience. I follow BAMBAs Good Practice Guidelines for Supervisors.
If you're a mindfulness teacher seeking inclusive, attuned supervision—especially in the context of neurodiversity—I’d be glad to support you.
