These drop-in mindfulness sessions are designed especially for neurodivergent people, offering a gentle, flexible way to explore mindfulness in a supportive online space.
Whether you're autistic, have ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, or any other form of neurodivergence—or you’re simply looking for a space that understands difference—you're welcome here.
What to Expect:
No pressure, no judgment – Join with camera on or off, speak or stay silent, participate in a way that feels right for you.
Short, accessible practices – Sessions typically include guided mindfulness, optional reflection, and simple ways to bring mindfulness into everyday life.
Sensory-aware and trauma-sensitive – The space is designed with neurodivergent needs in mind. You can always step away or adjust your experience.
Community without expectation – You’re welcome to come once, now and then, or every time—there’s no commitment required.

These sessions are open to all neurodivergent adults, including those new to mindfulness. You don’t need to have any previous experience, and you don’t need to explain your neurodivergence to attend.
This is a space where difference is not only accepted—it’s welcomed and valued.
